Event – GENERATION TALKS: Knife Crimes and Congolese Divide – 21st July

generation talks

The rise in Knife and Gun crimes has claimed many boys and girls from our homes in particular our Congolese homes. We realise we have many issues to discuss on this subject. We know we need to hear from our boys and our girls how we can change their circumstances.

This event helps us come together and understand from both sides how we can make the Congolese community safer and how we can stop another child being killed or stabbed

Congolese generation divide, this issue seems to be growing everyday all ages feel as though they are not appreciated by the other. As migrants or children of migrants we haven’t spoken of the impact migration has had on us.

come if your Congolese, come if you are not, bring a person 10years or over. Come and listen if it gets you talking too then we are on the right track.

many familiar faces will be there from, the Congolese community, the churches, youth clubs, social workers and the Legal system. To share and support.
