United For Mama Masika

Mama Masika

Mama Masika was a women’s rights activist, who dedicated her life to helping survivors of rape-in-conflict. She passed away on the 2nd February 2016, due to malaria complications. She created a support centre and farming schemes in her community in eastern DR Congo in order to assist survivors of rape, their children and orphans.

A fundraising page has been created to help support her legacy and the many women and children who depended on her.
